A strategic internal operations platform built for the Nigeria Independent System Operator.

What is NISO Connect?

NISO Connect is a 4-in-1 unified platform that replaces the fragmented mix of WhatsApp, personal emails, and phone calls currently used across NISO's regional offices and headquarters in Abuja.

It was conceived and developed by the NISO ICT Team in Kano Region to solve real operational challenges affecting day-to-day efficiency and service delivery.

The Problem We Solved
Fragmented Communication
Staff relied on WhatsApp, personal emails, and calls with no central record.
Slow Issue Resolution
Complaints and faults had no structured escalation path and were often lost.
Inaccessible Knowledge
Key policies buried in shared drives led to repeated HR queries every week.
Security Concerns
Using personal apps for official comms created data security risks.
